Course 1 the feet

Content:In this course we focus on the correct positioning for the feet. We look at what constitutes poor posture and its effects. We show how to overcome and correct foot problems such as club foot, flat feet, fallen arches or

Course II The pelvis

Content: Learn to become aware of the fundamental role of the pelvis. Pelvic floor mobility, correction of pelvic posture, help with incontinence and constipation problems, pregnancy and birthing techniques

Course III The neck

Content: learn to become aware of the neck and the head and neck joints, learn to extend the neck, to stretch it and to correct poor posture.

Timetable:

Course IV The Thorax

Content: freeing-up and mobilizing the thorax, strengthening the thorax, diagnosis of back problems and rotation of the thoracic vertebrae. Help with conditions such as scoliosis, rounded backs and flattened backs.

General Mobility Exercises

This course is primarily for people with recurring back problems or neck tension, stemming from poor posture.
In this course we particularly focus on poor posture during various different physical activities, and we learn instead the correct posture to use and various other loosening up exercises. For example, we will learn the correct posture to use whilst driving, whilst working on the computer and whilst carrying out various household tasks.
